Digital products — instant delivery
All products sold in this shop are digital downloads — printable PDFs and templates. There is no physical product and nothing will be shipped to you. Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a secure download link so you can access your files right away.
Refund policy
Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. This is the standard for digital goods — once you've received the file, we have no way to "take it back."
That said, we stand behind everything we sell. If you have a problem with your purchase — a corrupted file, a download that won't work, or a product that isn't what was described — please contact us and we'll make it right. We're a small business run by a real person and we genuinely care about your experience.
Personal use only
All purchases are licensed for personal use only. This means:
- ✓Print as many copies as you need for yourself and your household.
- ✓Use the files for your own personal organization, planning, or enjoyment.
- ✗Do not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others. Each purchase is for one household.
- ✗Do not modify and sell or give away derivative works based on our designs.
- ✗Do not upload the files to any file-sharing site or include them in another product or bundle without written permission.
Intellectual property
All designs, text, and graphics in our products are owned by MomEase Shop. Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it for personal purposes — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Our printables are organizational and planning tools designed to make daily life easier. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using our products.
